In 2016, I wanted to learn Unity, so I decided to see how easy would it be to re-implement one of my C++ projects in Unity. I started the project BigSeed:

It turned out to be easy to implement a voxel engine, import meshes, animations and build the multiplayer over the network. I would not use the Unity's network stack today, I'm used to more control on the network than Unity is giving me, but I will not develop here, it can be the subject of an entire (and fairly long) post.

I've abandoned this project because I wanted to explore different ideas, but I still use Unity and reuse some code on every project. And more important, the name of this game is now the game of my video game studio: BigSeed Studio :)
